Guest Policy:
Please understand, guests who are not being serviced cannot attend your appointment with you. Seating is limited and is reserved for scheduled clients..
No Children are allowed for the purpose of your comfort. If they are teens being serviced, they are more than welcomed to accompany you.
Please know that by booking online you agree to all policies stated on FeetMattersMediNailSpa.com and that deposits, late fees, cost of services and cancellation fees are non refundable. Booking online will immediately charge your card a $10.00 deposit to reserve your appointment. The deposit will go toward your balance owed for services rendered. The deposit will not go toward retail items. Please bring cash to cover the cost of your service(s) provided. There is a 5.5% plus .30 cents convenience fee added to your total to pay with a credit or debit card. After booking, I may contact you during business hours to confirm your appointment.
Please refrain from cellphone use while being serviced. Foods and drinks are not allowed.
Upon your arrival, call or text to let me know you've arrived. At that time, I will either let you know that I am ready for you or I'll contact you when I am.
Late Policy:You are given a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. Please be courteous and give us a call if you are running behind. For any tardiness greater than 10 minutes a fee of $15 will be added to your bill if you are still serviced upon your tardy arrival. It is up to your service provider to determine whether you will need to reschedule as your tardiness may inconvenience the next scheduled client.
Cancellation/Rescheduling/No-show Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged the entire cost of your service(s). If you cancel after 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or no-show (do not arrive for your appointment) and the card on file is declined, you will be sent an invoice for the cost of the scheduled service(s). If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours after the appointment time, future appointments will be declined.
